Delivery

We ship orders across Ukraine after checking that each item is complete and working.

Choose a convenient and secure payment method at checkout.

Every device is tested before packing and comes with service support.

Consider the form factor, how you will carry it, battery life and the intended use.

Before first use, fully charge the device and read the manual for your specific model.

Before buying and using self-defence devices, check the current requirements of Ukrainian law.

A suspiciously low price, no warranty and unclear origin of the product are reasons to check the seller.

Secured specialises in personal safety devices and helps you choose the right model for your needs.

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable law and the condition of the item.

Terms of cooperation depend on the range, quantity and regularity of orders.

We handle requests for diagnostics and warranty service of devices purchased from us.
