Is it legal to carry a stun gun in Ukraine?
Civilian models of permitted classes can be bought and carried without a permit. Sales are 18+ only; use is allowed for self-defence only.
What warranty do you give?
All models carry a 6–12 month warranty depending on the class. Every device is tested for charge and arc before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
We ship via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest on the day of the order (before 15:00). Parcels usually arrive in 1–2 days.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery after inspecting the parcel, card online, or bank transfer for wholesale orders.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days if the device is unused and the kit and packaging are intact.
How do I choose a model?
Compact models with a flashlight for the city, more powerful classic ones for car and home, ultrasonic repellers against dogs. Our manager will help you choose.
